Instrument introduction:
      Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), as a classical thermal analysis method of thermal effect under controllable program temperature, has been widely used in research and development, process optimization, quality control and failure analysis in various fields of materials and chemistry. By using DSC, we can study the phase transformation of inorganic materials, melting of polymer materials, crystallization process, polymorphism of drugs, solid / liquid phase ratio of oil and other foods.
